Paul We can report a huge increase in Lease Option deals over the last few months.
Investors are now firmly grasping the concepts involved and are gathering the experience and know how to structure there deals. The marketing has obviously developed and all parts of the jigsaw are starting to come together. The growth is month on month and long may it continue. We are also continuing to develop the documentation to assist investors and we have some interesting developments in the pipeline to keep M S Law at the very forefront of not ony advising clients on the legals but also teaching investors on issues, taht as Solicitors, we are, fortunately, fantasticaly well placed to educate investors.

I heard Shimon speak at the new East London Networking event on Tuesday and the scope of the documentation that you guys have development is powerful and gives us investors comfort that we won’t have “issues” in the future.
It is also refreshing to have the whole “warts and all” picture and to know that you are also investors.

Yes, lease options are developing and we are doing our best to remain at the forefront of this. There are things with lease options, like everything else, that arent perfect but we are working on these and when is done we hope that lease options will be twice as useful as they are now, twice as profitable and twice as marketable and genuinely open to the whole market ! We will of course keep everyone updated.
