Investors, are you used to buying as a normal buyer ? Are you struggling to get mortgage offers to add to your portfolio ?

At the start of a new year why not consider a new strategy and do what many of our investors are now doing  and take out a lease option ?

A lease options allow you control and profit from Property without necessarily owning it and often paying nothing upfront and having the time to choose when you decide to purchase.

   Although we have been buying selling and developing property in central London for many years we have never used lease options.

   We are certainly interested in finding out more, particularly experience or contacts that have used them to secure higher value properties in central London
