The CQS  mark of excellence in home buying provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices and ensures you as  clients can easily recognise that our practice has met the Law Society’s required standards so that you are assured that you will receive an expert, high quality service from qualified highly experience solicitors.

Linda Lee, president of the Law Society has been reported to have commented on the scheme:

“Anyone looking to buy or sell their home can now look for the CQS logo when deciding who should handle the legal aspects of the largest purchase of anyone’s life. If you are recommended a solicitor, or your estate agent suggests a particular firm to handle the transaction it should be an automatic response to ask if they are CQS accredited.

“As well as a legal-industry designed practice management standard to follow, CQS firms sign up to the Client Charter which is designed to ensure the client – a home buyer or seller – receives a quality service from the solicitors handling the conveyancing process.”
